1. Introduction
Welcome to PallyPay ("Company", "we", "our", "us")! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our application and services (collectively, "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Use of Service
PallyPay provides a platform for splitting bills and managing shared expenses. You agree to use our Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for any content you provide and for your interactions with other users. The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.
3. Accounts
To use PallyPay, you must authenticate using your Pi Account. You agree that the information provided is accurate and that you will maintain the security of your Pi account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your PallyPay session.
4. Pi Network Integration
Our Service integrates with the Pi Network for payments. All transactions made via the Pi Wallet are subject to the Pi Network's own terms and policies. PallyPay is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for any issues arising from them, including but not limited to, transaction failures, delays, or loss of funds. You are responsible for verifying all transaction details.
5. Content
Our Service allows you to post and share information for your bill splits. You are responsible for the content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PallyPay, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
